Megyn Kelly slammed Taylor Swift after she endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for the 2024 Presidential election.
Megyn Kelly did a sharp critique of Taylor Swift after the singer publicly endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for the 2024 election.
Taylor Swift's endorsement, shared with her 284 million Instagram followers, praised Harris and Walz for their leadership on LGBTQ+ rights and reproductive freedoms. Swift mentioned Walz’s decades-long support for these causes, which drew significant backlash from conservative voices like Kelly.
Megyn Kelly, on her SiriusXM talk show The Megyn Kelly Show, did not hold back in expressing her disgust for Swift's political views.
"I’m allowed to criticize Taylor Swift, and I don’t give a sh** who gets upset," Kelly said, opening her tirade.
She slammed Swift’s support of Harris and Walz, suggesting it as an out-of-touch move that disregards conservative viewpoints and disrespects her Republican fan base.

Kelly’s primary disappointment was Swift’s endorsement of Walz, particularly for his views on LGBTQ+ rights and policies related to gender-affirming care for minors.
“You can kiss your sales to the Republican audience goodbye, Taylor; hope you enjoyed them while you had them.”
She continued ...
"This is disgusting. If she wants to vote Harris-Walz, she can do it all she wants but to say the reason she is doing it is because of Tim Walz’s stance on LGBTQ … F** you, Taylor Swift. And F **all of the people who want to see these children have body parts chopped off and watch them sterilized under the age of consent and then will ride off to their multi-gazillion dollar mansions, never to think of them again."
Meanwhile, Donald Trump suggested Swift would “pay a price in the marketplace” for her endorsement.
According to Kelly, Swift's support for Harris and Walz suggested an approval of policies that allow children to undergo gender-affirming medical treatments, which Kelly opposes.
She went on to accuse Swift of supporting harmful procedures for minors, claiming that these policies lead to children “having body parts chopped off” and being “sterilized under the age of consent.”
Kelly even attacked Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, NFL player Travis Kelce, accusing him of elitism and promoting COVID-19 vaccines irresponsibly.
Kelce, who had appeared in a Pfizer ad encouraging people to get COVID-19 booster shots, became another target of Kelly’s anger. She accused him of being indifferent to the potential risks associated with the vaccine.
Kelly suggested the singer is disconnected from everyday Americans, particularly Republicans. She also warned Swift that her endorsement would likely remove a significant portion of her fanbase, saying, "You can kiss your sales to the Republican audience goodbye, Taylor; hope you enjoyed them while you had them."
