She is the man actress styled her look with a nylon shoulder bag featuring silver hardware, a shiny nose ring in her septum, large stud earrings, and a jewel ring on her right hand.
Bynes wore minimal makeup, highlighted her bold eyebrows, and permanent dark eyeliner.

This sighting follows an earlier appearance where she was spotted with Paul Michael on Hollywood Boulevard. Their relationship was first made public in February 2020 when she shocked fans by announcing their engagement.
However, their relationship ended, with Bynes checking into a mental health facility in March 2020. They briefly reunited before splitting for good in 2022.

In that same year, Bynes’ conservatorship, which had been in place since 2013 following several legal issues, was finally dissolved.
The conservatorship was initially established after Bynes’ struggles with the law in 2012 led to her being involuntarily committed to a mental health facility.
