In the video, the Dancing with the Stars alum wore a brown bikini and captioned it: 'Six Senses Sizzling Sauna Stretches.'
The Dancing with the Stars co-host, says she got a lot of negative comments on an Instagram Reel she posted in early June, where she was stretching in a bikini in the sauna.
Hough wore a brown bikini in the video, which she filmed from different angles while she was in a sauna stretching. The caption — "Six Senses Sizzling Sauna Stretches 🤸♀️🧘♀️" — was a joke.
She told the PEOPLE magazine "I thought, 'This looks great. I'll add a fun, sexy song to it". Also explained that she filmed the video on a whim without any other intention behind it."

She also told PEOPLE that she uses the sauna for its health benefits and stretches there to keep her muscles relaxed. "I'm a 35-year-old woman who is proud of my body, and I'm okay to post that," she said.

Hough said she was fascinated by society's double standard when it comes to making remarks about women's bodies. 'It's like you can see men with their shirt off constantly... and the minute a woman does it in a bikini, it somehow changes the perspective... I get it,' she said.
Some fans commented "I'd be showing off too. That's a lot of work to look like that . It's a Dancers Body, so consider it Art. "
Another added " She's in great shape, what's wrong with her sharing?!?!"
Third added "You don’t need my validation, but you look wonderful. a picture of dancers life to be hours and hours of practice to get in peak physical shape. Great job."
